As a member of Stroock’s Financial Services Litigation, Regulation and Enforcement Group, Ali represents financial institutions in litigation, regulatory and enforcement matters in state and federal court. He helps financial institutions, boards of directors, audit committees and individual senior employees win cases, mitigate risks, comply with regulations and defend against enforcement actions to achieve their business goals.
Ali also maintains an active pro bono practice and is a recipient of Stroock’s Public Service Project Award for his pro bono representation of a victim of financial elder abuse.
